My fee is $135 for a 50 minute session.

I provide a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and goals, and to assess whether we would be a good fit. I am happy to provide referrals if your needs are best met elsewhere!

I don't currently accept insurance or EAPs.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it's your first time. Here are some answers to questions you might have:

I see you're a Christian counselor. Do I need to be Christian to come see you?

Definitely not! I welcome clients from any and all faith backgrounds, and have experience in doing so. My faith informs my world view but I have solid clinical training that allows me to work from the framework that will best serve you, Christian or not.

Where is your office located?

My office is located at 3000 Polar Lane #602, Cedar Park, TX 78613.

Virtual? In person? How does it work?

I offer both virtual and in person sessions, depending on what works best for you. There are benefits to both methods, so I'm flexible!

How long should I expect to be in therapy?

That depends on your goals and life situation--it can vary vastly from person to person. In an ideal world, I would recommend committing to at least 12 weeks of weekly treatment so that we can gain traction, after which we can reassess how you feel about your goals and progress. I know this is not possible for everyone for many reasons, so we'll discuss that at the beginning of therapy and adjust our targets throughout treatment!

What can I expect in my consultation call?

A phone call with a new therapist can sound intimidating, but don't worry! I'll ask you to tell me briefly what kind of help you're looking for without giving me too many details, and answer any questions you have for me! I just want to make sure I can give you the support you need. If not, I will be happy to provide any referrals I have who are a better fit.

What is your client age range?

I see adults of any age! I can provide referrals for minors seeking therapy if needed.
